Mercer that is a human resource consulting firm has done new research and according to its latest ranking, Vienna, Austria is the city with the most excellent quality of life on the globe. This consulting firm publishes its Quality of Living report on an annual basis to assist companies to determine compensation for employees sent to work abroad.

The below-ranked cities are rated according to 39 factors that are further grouped into the following 10 categories.
